Installation whole the equipment in the power plants and substation (GIS and AIS) Such as power transformers, GIS Equipment 400KV, 132KV, 33KV & 11KV, AIS equipment such as (SA, DS, CB, CVT, CT, LT), GTG and accessories, Electrical motors, power cable with its accessories, control and protection panels, SCADA System & stringing of Overhead transmission line ( OHTL ).
Telecommunication systems small power, telephone system, emergency lighting system
Installation of power line carrier system (PLC), Pulling (laying, Blowing), splicing of Fiber optic cables (FOC) and termination & telecommunication equipment (PLC panels, MUX, coupling filters, coaxial cables…etc.).
Primary Test
Perform test and Commissioning in Power Plants, GIS and AIS systems as Power transformer tests, High voltage test for 400KV & 132KV GIS substation, CT, PT, CVT, CB, DS ES, SA tests, AC HI-POT test for SWGR and Busbars, DC HI_POT test for cables, Partial discharge test, Generator and Excitation system tests, FOC signal attenuation test by OTDR and SF6 test for GIS.
Secondary Test
⦁ Testing and Commissioning for control and protection relay according to setting values.
⦁ Test and commissioning of metering panels.
⦁ Test and commissioning of SCADA systems and HMI work stations.
⦁ Test and commissioning of Tele -protection systems and PLC.
Other Systems Test
⦁ Test of electrical motors.
⦁ MCC and control boards testing.
⦁ Testing of fire alarm and firefighting systems
⦁ Earth and lightning system test.
⦁ LV system and LV distribution boards test
⦁ Lighting, telephone systems, HVAC, emergency and small power systems test.
